Does this have the FlexVolt harness that you don’t need voltage reducer?

This light kit is one of very few that we carry that DOES require a voltge reducer. Luckily, though, it comes with the kit, so you're all set!
Do you have to use the turn signal mechanism? This is going to be used solely on a golf course so the signally component is not necessary.

We've never tried to hook up this light kit without the turn signal assembly, so we are not completely certain. However, it is a very simple install with only one connection and the stalk assembly just clamps onto the steering column, so it shouldn't make for a much more complicated installation for you.
