Our Club Car DS headlight replacement kit provides the following features:

  • 3-Pin Molex Connector 
  • LED Assemblies use 1/3 of the Amperage Compared to Halogen Assemblies, Great for Electric Carts

  • Cut-Out Dimension Approximately 3-1/4" x 8"

Whether replacing a broken LED assembly or old energy wasting halogens, these new Club Car DS headlight replacement kits are a quick and easy way to upgrade your golf cart. Each assembly has a 3-pin Molex connector for easy hookup in most existing wiring harnesses. (Please check your connections before ordering.) Each assembly also includes a bright amber marker light, is secured with 4 screws (not included), and has headlights that are able to be adjusted up and down. Please check dimensions before ordering, however, as some DS carts had larger headlight assemblies installed. These replacement assemblies will not be compatible with the larger "OEM" style headlights due to the size of the opening.

Please Note:Although your wiring harness may have the same 3-pin molex connector, the polarity of your wires may be different (ground, headlight, turn signal/running light). As a result, you may be required to cut and splice wires or switch out the pins.

  • What all do I need for these to work on a clubcar DS that is a 48 volt? Do I need a voltage reducer and and some sort of adapter to plug them in to the existing wiring? Thanks Russ

    These are replacements if you already have our light kit installed. They do not include all of the wiring you would need to install on a cart with no lights. Since your cart is 48v you would also need a voltage reducer.

  • Will these lights fit 1990 Club Car DS? Most of the ads I see say 93+. This one doesn't say anything.

    Yes, this is designed for all Club Car DS. However, there are different size headlight assemblies installed in these DS carts so carefully verify the dimensions before ordering to replace existing assemblies.

  • how many lumens does each one put out and what is each ones amperage?

    Each assembly draws 1 Amp. There is no lumen rating available for these headlights.

  • How bright are these headlights?

    These headlights are very bright - they are powered by LED bulbs, as opposed to the standard halogen-style. These are perfect for Street-Legal operation and/or off-road trail riding!
