This Deluxe Street Legal* Club Car DS light kit features all the components necessary to provide your cart with headlights, tail lights, turn signals, 4-Way flashers, and brake lights. Our kits feature a mechanical brake switch (instead of a brake pressure pad) for a professional and reliable installation. This light kit features thick injection molded plastic bezels, halogen headlights with LED marker lights, and LED tail lights. If you are replacing an existing light kit, please check dimensions before ordering, as some DS carts had larger headlight assemblies installed. The headlight assemblies in this kit will not be compatible with the larger "OEM" style headlights due to the size of the opening.

*Please check local ordinances to determine street legal requirements.

Ask a Question
  • I purchased the deluxe light kit for my 2003 gas Club Car d's and my instructions states it's for a 48 volt system . Will this wiring harness stil work on my gas Club car?

Yes, these lights run off of 12 volts.

  • I have a36 volt do i need a voltage reducer

You most likely have (6) 6 Volt batteries. In this case you can technically hook up to 2 of your batteries to provide 12 volts of power to your light kit. The best and the recommended way is for you to use a voltage reducer, as this will draw power from all six batteries together instead of unevenly draining the two batteries you used to power your light kit.
