  • How wide is it

    The canvas roof width will be 64 1/2".

  • Is it waterproof?

    It is not waterproof rated.  Thank you.

  • Is it a hard roof

    This is not a hard roof, it is canvas.

  • Is it gas

    This is a roof only.

  • Can this roof be used for a 2 seater if you use original roof brackets?

    Unfortunately no, this roof will need to use the supplied rear roof supports which are designed to mount on the rear flip seat arm rails.

  • Do these universal rules have all the brackets or Hardwsre needed some out I have a club card with no roof on it or windshield

    This roof will reuse your front roof supports. It does come with new rear supports to mount to the armrails on a rear flip seat. If your cart has no front roof supports you will be responsible for finding those yourself in order to mount this roof.

  • Do the canvas tops come in other colors?

    Currently the canvas and the tubing are only available in black.

  • I already have a back seat installed, does it have to be a gusto? I would also need the roof struts front and rear, are these available? It would be installed on a 2007 Club Car DS. Thanks, Jamie

    This roof can be used with any back seat assembly. However, only the rear roof supports are provided. If your cart is missing front roof supports you will need to purchase those seperately. We do not carry them.

  • It has been stated "it is not waterproof" yet it is also stated "It is water resistant". Can you explain which is it? We live in Florida we have canvas shelters we do not get wet and are waterproof. Thanks for clarifying

    Waterproof would indicate it is completele impervious to water 
    Water-resistant implies that it is able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely.

    That said, a simple rain shower will not penetrate this canvas roof. A hurricane or being soaked completely underwater, however, may. We have had many customers over the years who are completely happy with this canvas roof upgrade and have had no functionality issues with it.

  • Is it water resistant?

    This canvas roof is extremely water-resistant!

  • What is height with your product on a club car

    This roof will not make your cart any higher or shorter than a standard molded plastic roof; it is the same height. Your cart's overall height depends on several factors (wheels, tires, lift kit, suspension & leaf springs, etc)

  • The above question and answer says "this roof is only guaranteed to work on carts that have our Gusto brand rear seat installed" per the Store Owner. However, one of the below answers from a question says the top will work with any backseat assembly. Which is it please? I'd like to purchase but need to know

    This roof is definitely only guaranteed to work with a Gusto Rear Seat installed due to where it mounts at the bottom in the back. 
    We have had customers take a chance with other rear seats and wind up on both sides of luck - some have worked, with extra modifications, and others have not. 

    We absolutely recommend only purchasing this roof if you currently have, or wish to add, a Gusto Rear Flip Seat to your golf cart. 

    We apologize for the conflicting information in the Q&A and will work to clear up any inaccurate answers posted here. 

  • Will this top fit a Yamaha G-16 model as long as I have the gusto rear seat

    Thank you for asking! That is correct. The Gusto rear seat is a prerequisite for the Gusto Canvas Roof.

  • Is this compatible with the MadJax Genesis 250?

    Thank you for reaching out. This roof is not compatible with the MadJax Genesis seats, itis ONLY compatible with our Gusto brand Rear Seats as outlined in the product description.
