Return Policy Guidelines:
- Product(s) must be in new, unused condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Returns that are not in new, unused condition, or are outside of the 30-day return window, are subject to a restocking fee (standard re-stocking fee is 10%, and heavily damaged items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 40%).
- We are unable to accept returns on customized/personalized items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping the product back to us. However, in order to better serve our customers, we are more than happy to provide a pre-paid return label. Our competitive shipping rates allow for substantial return shipping savings. The cost of the return label will then be deducted from the total refund amount.
Cancellations/Refused Delivery
Customers that contact us to cancel a shipment after the product has shipped or that refuse delivery will be charged a return shipping fee that will be deducted from their refund.
Special Note: Golf Cart Wheels and Tires
Wheel and tire combos and individual wheels may not be returned once they have been mounted on a cart. Additionally, tires ordered individually may not be returned after being mounted on a wheel. Any wheels and tires sent back are subject to the Return Policy Guidelines outlined above and will be inspected upon receiving them back. In the event that used wheels and tires are sent back we reserve the right to deny any request for a refund.

PLACE TOP WHEEL AND TIRE FACE DOWN WITH LUG NUTS RESTING ON TOP just as you received it.

Please use foam and cardboard sheets to putbetween wheels and tires on return shipment to protect wheel faces from damage.
- Pack wheels and tires with the finished side of the wheel facing the other finished side of the wheel.
- If there is extra space on the sides of the product inside the box, please use newspaper or other to fill the void, so the product cannot shift.
- Tape/pack lug nuts extra well so they do not break loose and damage wheels.
