Currently have 23x10x14 all terrain for my EZgo golf cart with a lift kit. Want to get more of a street tire and want to know if your Tempest low profile 205x30x14 is a suitable size replacement

The 205/30-14 size wheel and tire combo will actually look a little small on your EZGO with a lift kit installed. This particular tire size is only about 20.5" tall. This size will definitely be compatible with your setup but would look too small in our opinion. For reference, this size wheel and tire can be installed on your cart without any lift kit installed.
Will the 1” low profile lift kit along with the 205/30/14 wheel/tire combo run at all when turning? I have a club car precedent.

That's a great question. Typically this combo will not rub when installed in conjuction with the Low-pro lift kit. We have experienced some Precedent carts, however, that do experience some rubbing when turned at full lock. Usually this would happen on the passenger side when the steering is turned full right and the tire makes contact with the wiring channel at the front of the floorboard that protrudes into the wheel well area slightly (the driver side doesn't have this). The majority of customers that install this in combination together do not experience anything that affects their daily driveability and this is a good solution for their use.
