The efficiency of these lights along with the ease of installation make them a worthwhile improvement to your Yamaha golf cart!
Who is this kit for?
Designed for our customers who want simple and reliable lighting but don't need signaling capability. Primarily for customers who drive their golf carts in these locations:
To install our basic light kit, you will need to complete the following steps: (don't worry, your provided instruction booklet will walk you through these steps in detail)
One of the first steps you will need to complete is the installation of your headlights and taillights. Please note this step will require you to cut into your golf cart's body cowl. In order to make this process as simple and easy as possible, your light kit will come with accurate headlight and taillight templates.
In addition to installing the headlights and taillights, you will also need to run the wiring harness to all of the necessary connection points: headlights, taillights, battery(ies), and push/pull switch. Please refer to the diagram below to see an overview of where those connections are located on your golf cart.
Lastly, you will also need to cut a small hole in your dash panel to place and install the push/pull switch.

Unfortunately, this light kit is not compatible with a Yamaha G9 model golf cart. We do not carry any light kits for the G9 model. Most customers who own G9 carts will make their own light kits using commonly found lights from an automotive accessory store.
I have G-19 Model Cart. If I install this LED Kit, will the directional lights and brake lights work? or do I need additional equipment to have all light accessories functioning? Thx. Frank Lamoree
This is a basic light kit that does not include turn signals and brake lights. This kit only includes headlights and tail lights that are designed to work with the included harness. If you currently have a light kit installed and want to use your original wiring harness that includes turn signals and brake lights, you will likely need to cut and splice wiring by locating the correct polarity and reconnect the wiring. There are no guarantees we can make when you are trying to mix and match our light kit with an existing light kit, unfortunately. Unfortunately, this light kit is not designed for a Yamaha G8. Some customers will do some custom fitting and make it work but it is not designed for the Yamaha G8 model.
